First time parent? First time hearing about a postpartum doula? This is a meet and greet. It's your opportunity to connect either in person or mobile and pick my brain on all topics pregnancy pre and post. Every individual will receive a postpartum doula plan following this initial meet. It will describe in detail what you and your family will be receiving to help determine if having me as your postpartum doula is the right fit for you!
